Notes on Submission of Portfolio (Master’s Program) for 2013 April

The deadline and the method to submit the Portfolio is as follows. Please remember to consult with your supervisor and submit it by the deadline. Also, please note that the deadline and the method of submission are different between first-year students and second-year students.

Students who enrolled in April 2013 (First-year)

Deadline for submission: April 15th, 2013

Submission Method: Send portfolio via e-mail.

Students who enrolled in April 2012 (First-year)

Place: Student Affairs Division, C-Cluster

Period: April 11 (Wed.) - April 16 (Mon.), 2012

Submission Method:

  1. Please click here and download Portfolio (Word file).
  2. Please fill in required information on Page 1 to 3 of Portfolio (入学時提出用) and make a photocopy. (Please fill in the name entry on the right of header)
  3. Please obtain autographic signature from your supervisor in the signature entry of Page3. (As for Master’s Program students from Department of Civil and Earth Resource Engineering, signature of your main supervisor is required and as for Master’s Program students from Department of Urban Management, in addition to your main supervisor, two of your sub-supervisors’ signatures )
  4. Please staple and submit photocopied of Pages 1 to 3 of Portfolio with registration notification (履修届) to Student Affairs Division, C-Cluster
  5. The original of Portfolio is the important document required for your course completion. So, please keep it by yourself at hand. (The original must be submitted at the last semester.)

Students who enrolled before or in April 2011 (Second-year)

Place: Student Affairs Division, C-Cluster

Period: April 27 (Fri ), 2012

Submission Method:

  1. Portfolio for students who enrolled before or in April 2011 will be sent collectively to each laboratory.
  2. Please fill in your study progress of second semester 2011 on Pages 6 and 7 of Portfolio (第１学年第２セメスター修了時提出用).
  3. Please obtain autographic signature (s) from your supervisor (As for Master’s Program students from Department of Civil and Earth Resource Engineering, signature of your main supervisor is required and as for Master’s Program students from Department of Urban Management, in addition to your main supervisor, two of your sub-supervisors’ signatures )  in the signature entry of Page7.
  4. Please staple and submit photocopied of Pages 6 and 7 of Portfolio to Student Affairs Division, C-Cluster. From this year, only a copy of designated part is required to submit. Please write your name on the upper right.
  5. The original of Portfolio is the important document required for your course completion. So, please keep it by yourself at hand. (The original must be submitted at the last semester.)
